TRADURRE - STATUTO ASSOCIAZIONE AIVEG ONLUS

Art. 1 COSTITUZIONE E SEDE

E' costituita l'Associazione denominata «Associazione Nazionale Vittime Errori Giudiziari», la cui sigla è ANVEG e dovrà essere accompagnata dalla locuzione ONLUS. Sede dell'Associazione è in Spinea (VE), via Francesco De Sanctis n. 1.'Associazione può istituire sedi periferiche su tutto il territorio nazionale nominando un responsabile locale;
i responsabili delle dette sedi sono nominati dalla presidenza tra i soci che abbiano aderito all'associazione ed al regolamento di attuazione che sarà adottato con successivo atto dai soci fondatori.è retta dal presente statuto e dalle vigenti norme di Legge in materia.
